By downloading the app, registering, or using any ComePay service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local regulations.

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not create multiple accounts to abuse referral or reward systems.

Trades are conducted directly between users (C2C). ComePay provides the matching and order interface. You must complete payments only as instructed inside the app and never send funds outside the verified flow.

• Fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity
• Impersonating ComePay staff or other users
• Distributing malware or fake APKs
• Manipulating the referral system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest revision.
